Persephone Means is a senior at Iola High School and is the editor of The Messenger. This is her third year in 21st Century Journalism, and her second year in charge of helping to create stories that the IHS student and staff are able to read and cherish. She likes cats, coffee, and tattoos.
She has received a Newspaper Scholarship to Allen Community College, and would like to further pursue journalism at Kansas University or Wichita State University.
